The integrated, replaceable VerticalLoop replaces the traditional foot loop – the ascender can be attached directly to the shoe. Water-repellent 2.6 mm thick Perwanger leather combined with the Sympatex membrane offers reliable protection from wind and weather. For a stable fit without friction: The tongue is seamlessly integrated into the upper and prevents pressure points and slipping while walking.
